Orders for delivery in the USA
(Not available in: AR, DE, MS, OK, RI, and UT)

All Tactical Spirits orders are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers within the BarBank Retail Network. When you place an order through TacticalSpirits.com, your purchase is processed and shipped by one of these authorized retail partners in full compliance with state and federal alcohol regulations.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to the continental United States only.

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  • We cannot ship to states where alcohol shipping is restricted
    (AR, DE, MS, OK, RI, UT).

Shipping Timeline

Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days.
All orders containing alcohol require:

  • An adult (21+) signature

  • A valid government-issued ID at time of delivery

Packages will not be left unattended under any circumstances.

Who Ships My Order?

Your order will be shipped by a licensed retailer in the BarBank Retail Network.
Those retailers may use a variety of carriers including:

  • UPS

  • GLS

  • Other licensed alcohol-authorized delivery services

Carrier selection may vary based on your shipping address.

Adult Signature Requirement

All alcohol shipments require a signature from someone 21+ with valid ID.
If no eligible adult is present:

  • Delivery will be attempted up to three times

  • After three failed attempts, the package is returned to the retailer

If your package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee of $14.99.

Refunds for returned packages (and shipping costs) are at the retailer’s discretion.

Avoiding Delivery Issues

If you are concerned an adult may not be available to sign:

We highly recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number and arranging for delivery to a local pickup facility that accepts alcohol packages.

This helps prevent missed deliveries and return-to-sender issues.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Tactical Spirits, BarBank, and its retail partners do not accept responsibility for packages that cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing delivery details

  • Refusals

  • Inaccurate customer information

Shipping Liability

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier by our retail partner, Tactical Spirits is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to weather

  • Carrier errors

  • Compliance holds

  • State-based shipping restrictions

  • Failures to deliver due to lack of age verification
