Vince Rockwell is a Ludington, Michigan–based lifestyle portrait photographer whose path to professional artistry includes seven years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer, aerial hog-hunting content creation, and over eight years photographing major touring bands including Disturbed, Slipknot, Chevelle, and P.O.D.

His background spans television production, commercial retouching, media work for Black Rifle Coffee, survival media direction, and a string of improbably diverse jobs that eventually led him to portrait work focused on honesty, grit, and human connection.

Today, Vince chases golden-hour light across Michigan, creating portraits that pull the real person forward—scars, smirks, and all—with imagery that hits hard in the best way.
